"When I came to the Addictions Care Center of Albany, Inc. (ACCA) in November of 2007 as the Development Director, one of the major tasks at hand was the complete overhaul of our website. Mercury Web Solutions had been already been retained by the ACCA but due to timing and some staffing changes within our organization, the project had been on hold for some months prior to my arrival.

When we were ready to proceed with the project, (our project manager) accommodated us in every way - by reworking its timeline to developing an entirely refocused concept based on our wishes. Her diligence in creating our site was evident from that first “visionary” meeting until today, where our working relationship with Mercury continues through the hosting of our site.

Communication flowed effortlessly as we ventured through the process of design concepts. (The) team of designers listened objectively to each bit of input we had and readily accepted our ideas for incorporation into the site. Truly a collaborative work environment, we knew we were in good hands.

The development team was just as efficient and effective. (Our Mercury business analyst) had been on board throughout all stages of the project and continually offered constructive and timely advice as to the development process. (Our developer) was a constant support through our beta testing stage and was patient, patient, patient with all of our many requests and changes.

Mercury Web Solutions has produced an outstanding website for the ACCA. The Mercury staff continues to prove itself as a valuable asset for our agency, and we are so pleased to have that collaborative experience!"
